The convenient location near the blue subway line and close to Minato was fantastic, I really enjoyed it, and after a long day, I stopped by at Bashamichi Taproom for a few drinks.

The place is quirky and fairly clean, everything is excellent, it should have higher than 3 star rating. It has marvellous location in Yokohama really close to two different train stations as well as the Japanese restaurant.

The location was good and perfect, at a short distance from Cup Noodles Museum Yokohama. The room with spacious bath.

The staff were both caring and attentive. We booked a twin room that was complete with big TV and ventilation, for example as advertised.

This was a wonderful stay for the price. The location turned out to be good, really close to most attractions, the restaurant and JR Sakuragicho station where there are many restaurants. The room was well laid out and decent size in general, with great facilities.

Excellent little hotel located close to a train stations and a subway stations, as well as the waterfront area and shopping mall and a very nice area. Savoury and savory breakfast for all tastes, amazing location. Good service at all times. Easy check-in.

Wi-Fi was very limited.

Everything was perfect, nonetheless a few employees were not very helpful. They helped us with concierge service and laundry facilities too.

The check-in process was easy and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The location was also great, with train stations within walking distance. I really appreciated the option to request a later checkout for a small fee, which allowed us to have a more relaxed departure. Additionally, having washing machines and dryers on every floor was a convenient amenity. The free coffee, tea, and umbrellas were also nice touches.

That there was no proper place to put our suitcases in the room. While I understand that space can be limited in Japan, it would have been helpful to have a designated area for luggage.
